Nature of Services
All services provided by Bimano Fintax are professional services, including but not limited to:
- Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
- GST services
- Business registrations
- Accounting & compliance services
These services involve expert time, consultation, and statutory work.
Cancellations
- An order may be cancelled only before work has started on the service.
- Once processing, consultation, or document review has begun, cancellation will not be allowed.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated.
- If a payment is made but the service has not yet started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Delay or non-compliance due to incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Failure to respond or provide required information within a reasonable time
- Rejection or penalty imposed by government authorities due to incorrect client data
Government Fees & Third-Party Charges
- Government fees, statutory fees, and third-party charges (if any) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Service Delays
While we strive to deliver services in a timely manner, Bimano Fintax shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Government portals or departments
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Delayed or incomplete information from the client
